THE BUSINESS SUPPORT PROGRAM
Through the BSP you will receive expert support for up to 12 months to assist your company in any way and every way
possible, while also providing a ‘business friend’ for you.

UNDER THIS PROGRAM
An Associate of the Institute for Independent Business calls upon the vast resources of the Institute to address any
business issue. The Associate will plan and coordinate the use of your allotted hours of “hands-on” practical assistance
from the Institute’s professionals.
With Mature professionals in every imaginable discipline available, you can decide to use the program for any number of
the following needs:

Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development - Increasing Profitability - Business Expansion Financing or Re-Financing
Preparation/ Implementation of your Business Plan - Obtaining Loans - Health and Safety - Staff and Management
Development/ Training - Company sale or exit plan - Information Technology and E-Commerce - HR and Employment

THE NETWORK
There are 5,000 Accredited Associates of the Institute. They are available to assist on the planning, design and
implementation of any project your company may need. Throughout the 12 months of support, the Executives will examine
over 55 areas of your company and identify cost savings and lost cash/ opportunities – often amounting to tens of
thousands of dollars of extra profit.

You can get access to a virtual Board of Directors of some of the top professionals available to advise you on any subject
or to be called upon to undertake any required project in a “hands-on” capability. Unlike employing expensive executives,
there is no salary, no vacation pay, no sick pay or any other added charge. The full fee is less than the cost of most junior
people in your organization!
